About us, The Ensha Wellness Hub is a Social Enterprise. Â It envisions a world where every person is equipped with Holistic Self-Management Skills in their daily practical living, enabling them to proceed living life as they wish: Abundantly,Happily, Healthily.
The Journey started 4 decades ago, with a little girl’s dream. . .
She dreamt of a World where everyone on Earth are free from all forms of violence such as hunger, poverty, and constraint. An Earth where ALL Beings, human or otherwise, are abundant in all aspects of living, have a self-sustaining family domain, and are free to pursue what they truly love to do. Â This has become the Vision of Ensha Wellness Hub.
The Mission:
To make ordinary the now seemingly extraordinary capabilities of individuals to make full, conscious use and command of their Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual faculties, such that they are able to heal and restore themselves and in turn, heal and restore the Earth. This by equipping them substantively with simplified practical knowledge, skills & tools in daily living as was practiced by our Ancestors of old.
As such, Ensha Wellness has forged itself through the years, gathering experience, acquiring skills and knowledge. Â It aims to share its knowledge with individuals whose aim is healing, wholeness, holistic – Conscious Living, as s/he becomes the Best version of him/her Self, every moment.
The main principle it uses is LOVE framed in Hilot Hilom  – a System of Practical Life Tools continuously being developed by Ensha over the years, that is easy to use, practically beneficial in any health condition in all life stages, as they are safe, beneficial, effective & definitely aligned with Mother Earth & the First Source.
Ensha jumpstarted the project with the construction of the Center at the heart of Sampaloc, Manila. She wishes that the same system can be replicated by other individuals across the Philippines, around the Globe – individuals whose goal is to have their own Wellness Hubs to assist their families, communities, humanity – One Step at a Time.
The Ensha Wellness Hub consists of the following 5 distinct parts:
·    The Hilot Hilom Hub is where the Physical Body is treated to Philippine (Mayi) Traditional Medicine HILOT, as it brings back the body’s systems working like it efficiently used to, as the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual or Energetic bodies are also treated to HILOT HILOM as they are re-aligned and re-integrated as a whole for better health and wholeness. The Programme uses the Hilot Hilom – a system of Practical Life Tools developed by Ensha, shared with You.
·    The Ensha Essentials Shop provides daily bodily essentials, organic and natural products, music, arts and such that bring about beneficial effects to the Body, Mind, Emotions & Spirit.
·    The Rocco Happy Workshop Area is where everything and anything creative happens, from learning Baybayin, Kali, Music, Arts/Crafts, Organic Farming, Herbal Studies, to Hilot Heal-Ohm. All things that stir the sleeping soul that seeks to enhance the wholeness of Being are introduced here.
·    Life Coaching/Intuitive Reading is a tool available at the Hub. Persons seeking direction in making simple or life changing decisions will find good guidance in the Hub’s most able and experienced Partners, who are no less than the best in the industry.
·    The Ensha Café is a give and share as you feel Café. Good home-cooked food is served.  One enjoys the food, the relaxed ambience and the company of other like-minded interesting people. When finished with their meal, the diner takes a moment and decides to give either in (1) Cash & Kind (2) Cash & Service or (3) all 3 options. No one should be afraid to go into the Café and find nourishment Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually.
